Any orders received after 3:00 PM will ship the next business day. Tracking numbers are available after the order ships; you will receive an e-mail up-dating your order staus which will include your tracking number or you can login to your account to view tracking and status. (1-3 day delivery depending on your location)
Returns & Refunds
The Ink Toner Store wants your ordering experience to be as pleasant as possible.
On rare occasions, it is possible that a product may be defective or that the incorrect product was ordered. For this reason, we created a simple Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy.
If you need to return a defective product, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Along with your RMA, you will be issued a pre-paid postage label to be used in the return of your cartridge(s). Please be sure to use the pre-paid mailing label without which there may be a delay with the processing of your refund or exchange.
If an item was ordered in error, you must still obtain an RMA but the customer is responsible for return shipping in these cases.

Close Out Items or Special Orders
Special/Custom/Closeout Items/custom Rmanufactured Ink Toner:
All sales are final on merchandise that is special ordered or custom manufactured.
All merchandise sold as-is for closeout; all sales are final and nonrefundable.
All custom orders begin production immediately upon order and are built to your specifications.
They cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time.
No returns on custom or special orders, and close-out items. (Special orders include freight orders of $1,000.00 or more in value).
For all remanufactured cartridges determined to be defective:
Returned cartridges must be at least eighty percent (80%) filled
These products are eligible for a full refund or exchange
The Ink Toner Store will cover the shipping cost for the return
For all compatible re-manufactured cartridges ordered in error (within 90 days of purchase):
Returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange
Open package items are not eligible for return, exchange or refund
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning this item
No refund is offered on the original shipping cost, if any
There is a 25% re stocking fee applicable to all items returned which were ordered in error.

Please note that shipping charges are non refundable.
The customer undertakes to return any defective cartridges within thirty (30) days as part of the agreement in accepting replacement cartridges. The Inktoner Store will charge the customer’s credit card for any replacement product shipped in addition to the original order in the event that the defective goods are not returned within the 30 day period.
Please allow 7 - 14 business days to process your return from the time it reaches our Returns Department. InkToner Store will make every effort to process your return as quickly as possible. Refunds, where applicable, will be issued to the same card as the original purchase.
