Our Low Shipping Promise Many other online merchants try to lure you with low prices only to gouge you with huge shipping charges at the end of the sale. We don't play this game!
Our shipping is no mystery, because it's included! We're able to keep our prices low and our delivery quick because of our large, 15 warehouse distribution network (locations in CA, TX, TN, NJ, NH, NY, FL, IL, WA)
Most orders are shipped the same day or next business day from the warehouse nearest you. Typical delivery is 1-3 days. Many customers receive theirs in only 1-2 days! Orders must be placed by 3:00pm Central Time for same day shipping. Orders received on weekends are shipped the next business day.
SPECIAL SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS AND STOLEN MERCHANDISE
We do NOT request or require a signature for deliveries, but we cannot force the driver to leave the package if no one is home. If you live in a relatively low crime area and the risk is small, the driver will usually leave the package at your door or another safe area, but it is solely up to your UPS driver's discretion whether or not to require a signature. This also applies to any special shipping instructions that you have asked us to include on your shipping label. If your package was delivered, and the shipping company confirmed it - we can not accept any theft claims for the refunds.
| Ground Freight | Ground freight is now included in the price. Most customers receive our products in only 1-2 days. The standard carrier is FEDEX ground, but we also use UPS or DHL, USPS priority or first class mail depending on the item. |
| Overnight/ Expedited Shipping | Expedited/ Air shipping is available. Every effort is made to keep these rates as low as possible, but plotter paper is very heavy! If your delivery is time-critical, you must call in your order to ensure that we can meet your deadline. Ground freight is usually so fast that expedited shipping is rarely required. |
| Hawaii and Alaska | Hawaii and Alaska are only served by air shipping or Priority mail. You will be contacted with shipping options and rates before your order is finalized, or call for a quote before placing your order. |
| APO / FPO and territories | These orders must go by USPS priority mail and require additional processing time. You will be contacted with shipping cost and timeline. Many products do not provide warranty coverage outside the U.S. and some products may not be exported under US law. |
| International Destinations | Because of the complexity of international shipments, shipping cost is not processed through the website. International order ship-to address and shipping cost are always reconfirmed by phone or email before we charge your card. Each international order is managed on a case by case basis.

| Full Pallets | Skid pricing now includes freight! Customers ordering full pallets will be contacted by Ink Toner regarding the need for lift-gate capability, and/or inside delivery. There may be a fee for these services. |
Ink Toner observes the following Holidays and will not process or ship any orders the following days: January 1, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
