We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. A signed Credit Card Authorization form is required for orders over $5,000.

We accept advance payment by company check or money order. Ink Toner can also accept check payments via paypal. All checks must clear before shipment is made.

Other forms of payment are accepted if you do not wish to use your credit card for online purchasing. We accept business & educational purchase orders, checks, wire transfers and money orders. For wire transfer information please call (262) 657-4756. Wire transfers are released for shipment upon verification from our bank. Please note if you are paying by check, your order will not be shipped until verification of that check can be made. Please put your invoice number on your payment to ensure prompt and accurate application of payment. Under certain limited circumstances, including $1500 minimum order, we may choose to extend credit terms of 2% 10, Net 30. A completed and signed credit application is required; please call 262-657-4756 for the credit application. Credit terms are only extended for orders over $1500.00 and only with approved credit. Credit privileges will be revoked if invoices are not paid within terms.
