Product Return & Warranty Guidelines
The following return policies and procedures have been established for all Ink Toner orders. If you have received incorrect items or need to return an item(s), please contact us for a Return Authorization Number before sending the item(s) back. If a Return Authorization is not established for the item(s) being returned, the return may be refused.
UNOPENED MERCHANDISE
Unopened cartridges may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the product purchase price or used as credit towards an exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable. Customers who are returning product(s) and received free shipping on their order will have the actual shipping costs, that were incurred by us, deducted from their refund. This only applies to orders that are returned in their entirety and to partial returns if the items being returned take the order total below $100. $100 is the qualifier for free shipping.
OPENED MERCHANDISE All Compatible Brand and Remanufactured Products All opened Compatible Brand and Remanufactured Products are warranted for a period of 6 months. Upon return and inspection of the product a full refund of the product purchase price will be issued if the item is found to be defective. Compatible Brand and Remanufactured Products being returned as defective must be at least 90% filled in order to be accepted for a refund.
Shipping charges are not refundable and may be assessed if your entire original purchase is returned, qualified for free shipping, and is being returned for reasons not pertaining to a warranty issue.
Genuine / Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Cartridges Genuine / Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Products are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranties. All warranty issues concerning this type of product must be handled directly with the manufacturer not Ink Oasis. All merchandise must be shipped in protective outer boxing with the RGA number on the outside of the shipping box. All returned goods must be in resalable condition in the original manufacturer’s packaging. (Do not mark directly on the manufacturer’s box;) this will affect the salable condition. All returns must be shipped freight pre-paid.Keep a record of your return; note the date, carrier and tracking number of each package shipped back to InkToner. You may be required to present proof of return in the event InkToner cannot locate your package.RGA numbers expire after 30 days of issuance. Be sure to return your product promptly, returned goods with expired RGA’s will not be accepted. Customer Ordering Errors All authorized merchandise returns will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. RGA requests on merchandise purchased over 30 days from date of invoice will be considered as a buyback and priced at InkToner need for product.Special order items cannot be returned. InkToner Shipping Errors We apologize for any errors caused by InkToner. It is the responsibility of the recipient to inspect all merchandise for shortages or miss-shipments. All claims must be filed within 10 days from the date of invoice.Returns must be shipped freight pre-paid. Provide the customer service department with the cost of shipping on your return package and ink-toner will reimburse the freight charges to you. Damaged Goods It is the responsibility of the recipient to inspect all merchandise for damage and mishandling. If damages occur, immediately contact the respective carrier to report the claim. Do not discard any of the shipping cartons or product. A FedEx or UPS inspector must substantiate all claims for damages on parcel shipments. If any claim is not supported by an inspection, it will be disallowed. All claims must be filed within 10 days from date of invoice.
